Cherry Blossoms

A few days after the festival, April 2nd, Melanie, Colton & Kayson came to D.C. We went down to the tidal basin to see the actual cherry blossoms. They were so pretty this year or maybe we just caught them at their full peak, but it was so fun to walk around and look at them. The best word to describe how the blossoms looked was fluffy!
We also met our friends Megan & Emmeline there. It was the best day to be there, nice and sunny, crowded, but at least you could walk at your own pace.

Annika loves Kayson's stroller! The whole time they were with us she wanted to ride in it or push it herself.
